Job Description
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our corporate client base. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our team and make a meaningful contribution to our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solicit new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve personal and team sales targets, focusing on local and international corporate accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including emails, phone calls, and site inspections.
- Collaborate with the DOSM to identify market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, informing sales strategies and tactics.
- Provide regular sales performance updates to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services to existing customers, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Represent Ollion at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build relationships and promote the brand.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to optimize sales processes and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, marketing, or hospitality.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
