Job Summary:

Robinson Faris Jones - Human Resources (RFJ-HR) is seeking a highly skilled Client Management Associate - Engineering to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and building new networks to attract work for our multi-disciplined business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing client relationships and build new networks to attract work for our business
  • Oversee projects to ensure the highest level of quality is achieved from within our globally based internal design teams
  • Manage projects within time and budget measurables
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, external contractors, and internal team members
  • Collaborate with our design teams to deliver high-quality projects

Requirements:

  • Degree qualification in MEP or Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Proven experience in client management and project management of major mixed-use projects, including major build and infrastructure projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
