Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the store, ensure a positive customer experience, and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient operation of the store, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
  2. Staff Development: Identify areas for improvement and develop training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  3. Sales Growth: Collaborate with team leads to set and achieve sales targets, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
  4. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring the right products are available at the right time to meet customer demand.
  5. Visual Merchandising: Develop visually appealing displays that maximize purchasing appeal and create an engaging shopping environment.
  6. Sales and Product Demonstrations: Plan and execute sales and product demonstrations, showcasing products and creating opportunities for customers to interact with them.
  7. Data Analysis: Prepare sales and customer reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvements to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  8. Customer Service: Interact with customers, resolve complaints or grievances, and ensure their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
