About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional individual with 10-15 years of progressive experience in asset management sales, preferably in a leadership capacity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving sales growth, managing high-value client relationships, and inspiring top-performing teams. Strong analytical skills, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation abilities, are essential for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Comprehensive Sales Strategies: Design and implement cutting-edge sales strategies to expand our presence in the domestic market, focusing on asset management products and services.
  • Lead High-Performing Sales Teams: Inspire, motivate, and develop a talented sales team, setting clear objectives and providing coaching to ensure outstanding results.
  • Build and Nurture Key Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with institutional investors, financial advisors, and other high-profile stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Analyze Market Trends and Competitive Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends, customer demands, and emerging market opportunities.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of progressive experience in asset management sales, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and consistently achieving revenue goals.
  • Extensive experience managing high-value client relationships and deep knowledge of domestic market dynamics.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performance sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a strong ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex sales data, market trends, and competitive intelligence to drive strategy.
