Job Description:

The Enterprise Lead is responsible for driving business growth within the enterprise sector of the telecommunications/IT industry. This role involves spearheading strategic initiatives, cultivating relationships with enterprise clients/partners, and owning the pre-sales and sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Create and implement strategies to penetrate and expand the enterprise market segment.
  2. Identify and Engage with Clients: Identify potential enterprise clients/partners, understand their needs, and propose tailored telecommunications solutions.
  3. Provide Guidance and Support: Offer guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets and maintain high-quality service delivery.
  4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment with enterprise client requirements.
  5. Monitor Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to capitalize on market opportunities.
  6. Negotiate Contracts and Manage Pricing Strategies: Negotiate contracts, manage pricing strategies, and maintain profitability while meeting customer satisfaction goals.
  7. Provide Regular Reports: Provide regular reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration: A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a Business Administration degree/diploma is required.
  2. 8-10 Years of Experience in Enterprise Sales: 8-10 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
  3. Proven Track Record of Successful Sales Performance: A proven track record of successful sales performance and exceeding targets.
  4. Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  5. In-Depth Knowledge of Telecommunications Products and Services: In-depth knowledge of telecommunications products, services, and industry trends is required.
