Job Summary
The Production Control Clerk will play a key role in supporting the success of our operations, ensuring accurate tracking of work orders and supplies within our automated system. This individual will work closely with customers, facility managers, and maintenance workers to resolve issues and achieve customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities
  • Track and manage work orders from inception to completion, ensuring accurate and timely updates within the automated system.
  • Collaborate with customers and facility managers to resolve issues and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide advance notification of scheduled disruptions and expected downtime due to emergency outages.
  • Support maintenance workers with supply tracking and receiving as needed.

Essential Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience, preferably in inventory control, business operations, logistics, finance, or mathematics. You should possess excellent analytical skills, a solid understanding of supply chain management, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A valid U.S. SECRET or Interim Secret Security Clearance is mandatory prior to deployment.
