Job Description

This general administrative clerk position is responsible for providing administrative support to the QatarEnergy Qatarization team.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Main Duties
  • Assist in the coordination of events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
Requirements
  • 5 years of previous experience in an administrative/clerical role.
  • Proficiency in English (Level V), with fluency in Arabic being an advantage.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good typing skills and accuracy when inputting information into computerized systems.
