Job Description

The Corporate Facilities Officer will be responsible for providing support to the facilities team, ensuring that all aspects of facilities management are running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Assist in the coordination of maintenance and repairs.
  • Safety and Security: Assist in the development and implementation of safety and security protocols.
  • Vendor Management: Assist in the management of relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Space Optimization: Assist in optimizing the use of space within facilities to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 year(s) working experience, 1 year(s) relevant working experience, 1 year(s) GCC is a plus
  • Understanding of facility management concepts, including maintenance best practices, safety regulations, and sustainability principles.
  • Knowledge of building systems and equipment, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems, to effectively oversee maintenance and repairs.
