Corporate Support Officer

As a key member of the Artan Holding team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and administration, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Financial Processing: You will be responsible for processing financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, as well as preparing and reviewing financial reports.
- Secretarial Duties: You will provide administrative support to the Line Manager, including receiving and screening telephone calls, taking messages, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office files.
- Communication: You will communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including Property Managers, Leasing Coordinators, Facility Managers, Bankers, and other contractors regarding all financial transactions.
- Documentation: You will prepare and facilitate documentation on payment for all LL expenses by posting in the system and printing appropriate vouchers and cheques/bank transfers.
