About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at International Teachers Plus Kuwait. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for implementing sales plans, developing and managing sales teams, and applying new marketing strategies to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and manage sales teams to ensure optimal performance
  • Apply new marketing strategies and solutions to meet sales targets
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships to drive sales growth
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to drive business growth
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in agri-business marketing and sales, preferably in hi-tech agriculture
  • Good knowledge of local dialect (Chattigarhi language), Hindi, and English
  • Ability to build and set up entire marketing and sales teams and proven track record for doing the same
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
  • The inclination to use technology as a tool for all service offerings
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly growing environment
  • Agri-business graduates preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ready to travel to various locations in a given territory
  • Well-organized, keeping to deadlines, proactive, and responsible
  • Always ready to take up challenges
