About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Development Manager to join our team at Siemens. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Planning and Execution

Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in your territory. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key customers, and negotiating sales agreements.

Account Management

Manage a portfolio of top-tier customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty. This includes regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive account management.

Channel Performance Management

Regularly visit and review the performance of our sales channels, providing guidance and motivation to improve their sales performance. Ensure that channels are adequately supported and equipped to meet sales targets.

Product Promotion and Education

Develop and deliver product presentations, demos, and seminars to educate customers about Siemens products and services. This includes identifying customer needs, providing product solutions, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Market Development and Analysis

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in your territory. Provide regular market updates and insights to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
