Sales Development Manager

Drive sales growth and revenue expansion by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the HVAC sector.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective lead-generation strategies
- Conducting site visits, assessments, and consultations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable HVAC solutions
- Negotiating terms and conditions of sales agreements, contracts, and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred. Minimum 2 years of outdoor sales experience in Qatar with native proficiency in Arabic Language are required.
