Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to departments and individuals, as well as handling various HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals
- Handling various HR-related tasks such as recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration
- Coordinating office management activities and maintaining office procedures
- Preparing confidential and sensitive documents
- Managing travel and schedule of employees
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Updated knowledge in Qatar Labour Law
- Experience in talent acquisition onboarding (local and international) and employee training;
- Access to job portals and job fairs in Doha, Qatar.
