Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Power International Holding. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our visitors, employees, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the direct supervisor and other team members as needed.
  • Manage the front desk, including receiving and directing visitors, handling telephone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of visitors, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Ensure timely distribution of documents and materials to the concerned personnel.
  • Monitor and request for required reception supplies on a monthly basis.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be proficient in using office software and equipment, and have a positive and professional attitude.
