We are seeking an experienced CUSTOMER SUCCESS LEAD FOR KEY ACCOUNTS to join our team at Microsoft Power Platform Community.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting or portfolio management.
- Proven track record of delivering results and driving growth.
