About the Role

To achieve business success, we are seeking a skilled Sales Team Lead to oversee and motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in sales or key account management.

The primary responsibility of this role is to direct and manage sales activities by supervising and motivating the sales team to meet planned sales targets within an agreed price structure.
