About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving store sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and leading a team of dedicated professionals. Your primary focus will be on executing the store action plan, managing the customer database, and staying ahead of industry trends and competitors.

* Identify, recruit, develop, and retain strong talents.
* Ensure performance improvement plans are discussed and documented in a transparent manner.
