Mandarin Oriental, Doha is a luxury hotel group seeking a talented individual to join its Commercial Strategy team as a Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with the hotel sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and optimize revenue yield management.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel environment with proven sales records.
  • Previous work experience in Conference and Events and/or Sales in a managerial position is preferred.
  • Strong network with local Ministries and Corporate accounts.
  • Excellent computer skills and effective communication skills in English and Arabic.
