About the Role

The Events Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with key decision-makers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling relevant services.
  • Banquet Operations: Coordinate with the banquet team to deliver exceptional event experiences, ensuring timely setup, menu planning, and audio-visual requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align efforts and drive business results.
Key Qualifications
  • Sales Expertise: Proven sales experience, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Event Planning: Strong understanding of event planning principles, with experience in coordinating complex events.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and negotiate with clients.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate others, with a collaborative mindset and a focus on delivering exceptional results.
