Your Day to Day

The F&B Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and maximizing sales opportunities for our diverse dining outlets and event spaces. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for luxury hospitality and the ability to build strong client relationships.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client accounts, and ensuring exceptional service standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for our food and beverage outlets.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborating with the F&B team to create customized packages and promotions that cater to the needs of our clients and enhance their experience.
  • Conducting site visits and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the unique offerings of our resort and creating tailored proposals.
  • Managing and overseeing the booking process for events, ensuring all client requirements are met and that events run smoothly.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Preparing and delivering sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
