Job Description
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes:
• Preparing contractual packages, including master sheets, summary sheets, and billing sheets.
• Maintaining accurate customer information in databases and logs.
• Preparing reports on department activities as requested by the CS Coordinator or CS Manager.
• Meeting with customers to advise on contracts and ICSAs, involving the CS Coordinator when necessary.
• Participating in the signing process of ICSAs between the company, developer, and customer, addressing any issues that arise.
• Following up with customers regarding contractual package readiness and ICSA signing requirements.
• Ensuring timely completion of owners' units sheets, including verification of unit loads and entering meter serial numbers.
• Generating clearance certificates as needed and forwarding them to the Customer Services Manager for endorsement.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
• Professional certification from relevant institutions (an advantage)
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience
• Background in customer relationships within a similar field
• Attention to detail
• Knowledgeable about MS Office and related software

Compensation Package:
