Job Description:
As a Receptionist - Customer Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional telephone support to our customers, ensuring that their queries are resolved promptly and efficiently. You will handle all incoming telephone communications, noting reasons for calls and forwarding to relevant team members, subject to availability. In addition, you will provide excellent customer service as per company policy and procedures and resolve customer queries promptly, within company guidelines, before escalating to a higher level if necessary.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of personnel and procedures. Offer support to fellow team members where necessary.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills; preferably bilingual (Arabic & English). Previous Reception/Call Centre/Telephone Operator experience desirable. Courteous, polite telephone manner. Proactive, hardworking, motivated approach. A basic understanding of IT systems would be advantageous.
