As a key player in KONE Middle East, Turkey & Africa's growth phase, we are seeking an ambitious Sales Engineer to join our Doha - Qatar office. This role is crucial in driving customer strategy and sustainable success through direct presence across 7 regions.

The Sales Engineer will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and strategic or nationally/locally important customers. You will proactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of being a go-getter who understands how to partner and collaborate with the business. A service mindset is essential, focusing on creating customer trust, value, and loyalty.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or Industrial)
  2. Minimum 3 - 5 years of Elevator industry experience in one of the following: Complex Sales Process Management / Business Development/ Key Account Management
  3. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service
  4. Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs
  5. Passion for sales, with a proven track record in handling Strategic Key Accounts and a strong customer focus
  6. Excellent English & Arabic communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Qatar experience is preferred.
