Corporate Account Executive

Role Description:
The Corporate Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and developing relationships with corporate clients at Raffles Hotels & Resorts. This position requires a professional with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to build strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other business partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, MICE, and other key market segments.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to showcase the hotel's offerings.
- Actively prospect and qualify leads to maximize revenue potential.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Revenue and Marketing teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and sales strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in sales blitzes, networking events, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
- Deliver exceptional service to high-profile clients, ensuring a memorable guest experience.
- Manage client accounts, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term partnerships.
- Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM databases regularly.
- Partner with the Events, Marketing, and Revenue teams to develop tailored sales strategies.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client bookings and events.
- Support the preparation of reports, forecasts, and sales performance analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales role within luxury hotels or hospitality.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Knowledge of local and international hospitality markets.
- Proficiency in sales software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
