About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Ennismore Doha. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our corporate clients.

Your primary focus will be on soliciting new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through various means, including telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections, and written communication.

Main Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Soliciting corporate, consortia, and leisure accounts directly and jointly with others through the preparation, execution, and completion of Action Plans.
  2. Implementing all Sales Action Plans related to their sales area as outlined in the Revenue/Business Plan.
  3. Quoting and negotiating prices with customer representatives confirming reservations by letter and drawing up contracts; signing for the hotel and obtaining customer signature to close the transaction.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in managing corporate sales, along with a demonstrated history of successful sales performance.
  • Experience in Qatar is preferred.
  • Specifically, those who have caterred to the corporate market.
