The Office Management Assistant role at Raffles Doha is responsible for supporting the daily operations of our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting front-office duties.
  • Tracking personnel processing and assisting with TDY requests.
  • Managing files, documents, and reference materials.
  • Collecting data and preparing reports and documents.
  • Arranging meetings and events.
  • Recording and distributing meeting minutes.
  • Monitoring and responding to incoming communications.
  • Answering and managing incoming calls.
  • Receiving and interacting with visitors.
  • Liaising with internal staff while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Tracking and reporting facility and environmental issues.
  • Managing office inventory and equipment.
  • Scheduling maintenance for equipment service and repairs.
  • Participating in day-to-day office activities and improving procedural processes.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

This role requires:

  • 3 years' experience providing administrative support.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.

You will also need to obtain provided American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and be proficient in English both in reading and writing.
