Business Development Specialist

Role Overview
The primary objective of this role is to establish and maintain a strong network of relationships with key clients in the Real Estate sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and driving sales growth through effective relationship management and credit assessment.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our Real Estate sector client base and increase market share.
- Conduct thorough credit assessments and provide recommendations to senior management on lending viability.
- Maintain and develop existing relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Promote our cash management, working capital, trade finance, payments, collections, and other commercial products and services to realize growth objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of cross-sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate, maintain, and develop relationships with clients to expand our Real Estate sector credit portfolio.
- Enhance profitability through sales of financial solutions to Real Estate sector entities.
- Coordinate with various department heads within the wholesale banking function to consolidate cross-sales efforts.
- Work independently with assigned clients to understand their business needs and associated banking needs.
