The ideal candidate will hold a BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent and possess at least 15 years' post-graduate experience. They must also be a member of a reputable international professional body like RICS or CIArb.

An understanding of FIDIC and experience working on significant infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, and transportation systems, is vital. Effective leadership and direction of a team are also required, with GCC experience being a desirable asset.
