Sales Role for Applied HVAC Systems

Mannai Corporation's Energy and Industrial Markets division specializes in delivering advanced technology solutions across Oil & Gas, Power & Water, and Industrial Applications. Our goal is to drive revenue growth through applied HVAC systems by understanding customer needs and promoting our technical capabilities. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop a robust sales pipeline, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and translate customer needs into tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively seek out new business opportunities in various sectors.
  2. Qualify leads and assess project potential to develop a robust sales pipeline.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  4. Conduct site visits and consultations to understand customer HVAC requirements.
  5. Utilize ENIM's applied HVAC systems to create tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  6. Articulate the value proposition and technical advantages of our applied HVAC offerings.
  7. Prepare compelling technical and commercial proposals to support sales efforts.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate costing and timely delivery.
  9. Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and maximize profitability.
  10. Manage existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
