As a skilled Sales Engineer specializing in Unitary/VRF systems, you will drive sales of these systems, acting as a technical expert and key point of contact for customers, providing comprehensive solutions and support throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer needs and design tailored HVAC solutions using Unitary/VRF technology.
  • Develop detailed technical proposals, including system specifications, drawings, and cost estimates.
  • Pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers in construction, contracting, and engineering sectors.
  • Communicate the value of Unitary/VRF systems through product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
  • Provide technical support during installation and commissioning.
  • Monitor market trends and customer preferences in the Unitary/VRF segment.
  • Maintain project documentation, client communication logs, and sales reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience selling or designing HVAC systems, focused on Unitary/VRF technology.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC principles, system components, and control strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (English and Arabic preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
