  1. You will be responsible for leading a small team of dedicated technicians, ensuring they are equipped to provide top-notch service and meet our company's high standards.
  2. Pricing guides and maintenance menus will be prepared under your supervision, along with handling customer complaints in accordance with company guidelines.
  3. A key aspect of this role will be maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring employees adhere to professional appearance standards.

With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention, you will drive sales of added value products through all wholesale and internal markets. Your analytical skills will come into play when analyzing market trends and expanding product offerings across Jordan.

Our ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role with proven skills in service aspects of commercial vehicle stock management and sales.
