Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Limited is looking for a Sales Manager to join its Commercial Strategy team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Satisfy customer needs while optimizing hotel revenue through strategic yield management and upselling of hotel facilities and services.
  • Work closely with the hotel sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Banqueting Operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and return business.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment within Sales with proven records of closing sales.
  • Previous work experience in Conference and Events and/or Sales in a managerial position is preferred.
  • Strong network with local Ministries and Corporate accounts.
  • Excellent computer skills and clear communication skills in English and Arabic.
