Leisure Revenue Growth Specialist

The Leisure Sales Executive role at Raffles requires a professional who can build and maintain strong relationships with key leisure accounts, drive revenue growth, and provide exceptional customer service. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and analyzing market trends to stay ahead of industry competitors.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow leisure business.
Build and maintain relationships with key leisure accounts, including travel agencies, tour operators, and luxury travel planners.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to maximize leisure revenue.
Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate and close contracts to secure leisure business for Raffles.
Maintain accurate records and reports to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, business administration, marketing).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector.
Strong knowledge of the Qatar and GCC leisure market.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Salesforce).
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
