Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new potential and existing clients in Qatar.

  • Identify and locate new clients through various methods, including networking and market research.

  • Implement effective sales strategies for assigned accounts or industries, ensuring alignment with client needs and goals.

  • Utilize expertise in the field and product features to match solutions with client requirements, providing accurate information and specifications.

  • Negotiate prices, terms of sales, and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Collaborate with procurement, accounts, technical, and operational departments to deliver projects on time and meet customer expectations.

  • Prepare and report results, status of accounts, and leads to the Head of Department using CRM tools.

  • Maintain high-quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards, analyzing market conditions, and competitive data.

  • Stay updated on professional and technical knowledge through regular training and development programs.

  • Manage existing business partners and clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Handle multiple accounts effectively, developing positive working relationships with all customers.

  • Understand clients' industries, products, strategies, and goals to determine how PPL Dynamics can best support them.

  • Attend social events, generate leads, and create action plans to drive business growth.

  • Identify and approach new market opportunities to expand PPL Dynamics' presence.

  • Compile winning proposals, presentations, and offers that meet client needs and expectations.

  • Develop positive relationships with all customer touchpoints to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

PPL Dynamics seeks a Geospatial Sales Professional with:

  • Proven sales experience in the geospatial industry, preferably in Qatar.

  • Strong understanding of GIS technology and its applications.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
