Job DescriptionThe Hospitality Revenue Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase and maximize market share from competitors. This includes leading and directing the sales team to achieve established goals and objectives, and representing the hotel in the community and industry organizations and events when applicable.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably with multi-property exposure. A proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals in the luxury hospitality sector is essential. Excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also required.
