Strategic Financial Partnership Manager

Job Summary
This role is focused on developing and executing a strategic plan to acquire new client relationships and broaden existing ones. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relationship management and sales of financial/investment products, with a proven track record of building relationships and closing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing new and existing HNW clients in the region by providing them with a full suite of financial services products and services.
- Developing a comprehensive business plan to acquire new client relationships and expand existing ones.
- Achieving sales targets in line with best practice standards of service, while acting as a trusted advisor to elite clientele.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, investment instruments, and investment management.
- Providing financial solutions to sophisticated clients, including investment advisory and portfolio advisory services.
- Ensuring compliance with KYC and AML regulations.
- Monitoring client portfolios quarterly and rebalancing annually.
- Researching competitive offerings and soliciting client feedback for new product ideas.
- Escalating customer suggestions/concerns to senior management.
- Providing exceptional customer service, with proactive calls and visits to maintain client ownership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., CF21 Investment Advisor, CFA) is an asset.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in banking, with at least 2 years in relationship management and sales of financial/investment products.
Competencies:
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Excellent communication, networking, and selling skills.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and listening skills.
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
