Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to join our team at Tiger Recruitment. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, highlighting potential conflicts and scheduling travel arrangements, conference calls, and meetings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external clients and their assistants to facilitate information flow and scheduling.
  • Organize and schedule client and internal meetings, prepare logistics, and arrange equipment and catering.
  • Provide vacation cover to other Executive Assistants and provide administrative support for PA events.
  • Coordinate meetings, arrange conference calls, reserve conference rooms, and organize catering.
  • Prepare and circulate meeting agendas and materials, attend meetings, take and distribute meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working as an EA/PA.
  • Fluent Arabic language skills (EAs will only be considered).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Highly proficient in analytical, written, and verbal communications.
  • Team player with excellent organizational skills.
  • Discreet with confidential information.
  • Personable, loyal, and professional.
