About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Sales Senior Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Global Sales function, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and commercial alignment across our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide commercial business support and assistance to Global Key Account Managers, including project management, governance, and compliance.
  • Perform data analytical tasks to identify and support business activities driven by management requests and self-generated initiatives.
  • Actively support the Business Travel team in growing business relationships with corporate portfolios and achieving revenue targets.
  • Provide deep analysis and research into business opportunities within a changing global marketplace to inform commercial decisions.
  • Responsible for being an effective interface between the global sales function and other internal departments, including Contracts/Legal/Finance/local sales teams.
  • Support Key Account Managers and field offices in achieving their sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identify and highlight required improvement areas within existing processes.
  • Prepare intelligent reports and analytics for client and internal stakeholder business reviews.
  • Lead analysis of revenue data and build templates to identify improvement opportunities in the Business Travel segment.
  • Prepare analysis and make fact-based proposals to senior management to improve revenue production.
  • Support management with ad-hoc analyses.
  • Participate in and support the incentive agreement processes from sales generation and cost reduction perspectives.
  • Support Global Sales wider commercial objectives across relevant functions through the formulation, development, and implementation of tools and products.
  • Lead User Team Acceptance Testing of products and systems developed for the business.
  • Support in drafting and maintaining business line or product-specific SOPs and guidelines.
  • Conduct periodical control checks using tools provided to mitigate potential compliance risks.
  • Research and develop B2B communication material in coordination with marketing specialists.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in airline sales or corporate sales. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree qualification with a minimum of 4 years of job-related experience or a Diploma/Vocational training with a minimum of 5 years of job-related experience.

The successful candidate will have experience in business analytical tools, such as PowerBi or Tableau, and CRM experience. They will be a strong communicator with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
