Working Schedule: Our office operates from 8 AM to 6 PM, Sunday through Thursday.
Remuneration: Salary is based on experience and skills, with additional benefits including medical cover and air ticket assistance.
Job Description:
- Act as an executive assistant to the Managing Director.
- Maintain the MD's schedule and handle administrative tasks.
- Arrange business trips and meetings.
- Develop reports and keep confidential records.
- Take minutes during meetings.
Key Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations are necessary.
Experience Requirement: Prior experience in Qatar is highly valued.
Education Preference: A degree holder is preferred.
