The Fault Reporting Center Operator will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to email requests, and creating work orders in Oracle. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office applications, and CMMS software.

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls via hotline and respond to email requests professionally and in a timely manner.
  2. Create Corrective Maintenance Work Orders in Oracle and Manual Work Orders to the right contractor, with appropriate priority, asset details, and fault description.
  3. Coordinate all urgent and critical work orders with MATAR Facilities Management and Contractors delivery teams.
  4. Record and document all Cleaning / Pest Control, Non-Maintenance, Out of Scope requests, and Level 4 trackers.
  5. Extract completed work orders from Oracle and perform closure activity to guarantee that all corrective maintenance work orders are properly closed in Oracle system.
  6. Generate a Technical Assessment Report for all Property Damage incidents within MATAR Facilities Management's scope of work.
  7. Assist door lock-out issues from HIA Stakeholders in event of urgent requests.
  8. Support MATAR Access Key Management Center to issue keys during AKMC staff absence and out-of-office hours.
  9. Carry out Fault Reporting Center Lead Operator tasks as assigned.
  10. Identify and escalate issues to the Fault Reporting Center Technical Officer and Lead Operator.
  11. Comply with the Business Continuity Plan in an event of Oracle outage or any other IT disruptions to networks and Cisco phones.

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 1 year of job-related experience.

Good listening, verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills such as empathy, good communication, and problem-solving.

Proficient in MS Office applications and CMMS software.
