Sales Manager Role at OliOli Doha
">OliOli, a world-class children's museum, invites applications for a Sales Manager to lead the Sales Team and drive revenue growth in Doha, Qatar.
">The successful candidate will contribute to a positive team culture, drive sales performance, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and execute the sales strategy for OliOli Doha, focusing on revenue growth and business expansion.
- Liaise with the OliOli Global Team to align sales efforts and achieve mutual goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop new programs, offerings, and revenue-generating ideas.
- Manage the Sales Team, providing guidance and support to ensure sales targets are met.
- Track progress against agreed-upon KPIs and report regularly to the Venue Manager.
- Ensure OliOli brand integrity across all sales initiatives and communications.
Sales Strategy and Performance
">- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including collaborations with high-profile clients and Government agencies.
- Manage the sales performance of OO Doha products, ensuring optimal results.
- Work closely with the Venue Manager and Head of Marketing to develop new revenue-generating ideas and strategies.
- Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with current and potential clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
">- Minimum 5 years of prior business development and sales experience in Qatar.
- Certification in digital and/or social media marketing is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Illustrator.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
