Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and Receiving Guests: Welcome and acknowledge guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Answering and Forwarding Calls: Respond to incoming calls and messages in a timely and professional manner, and forward calls to the relevant department or guest room.
- Receiving and Distributing Mail and Packages: Receive and distribute mail and packages to guests, ensuring they are delivered promptly and efficiently.
- Preparing Outgoing Mail: Assist with preparing outgoing mail, including drafting correspondence and securing packages for dispatch.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report any suspicious or unusual activities to the relevant authorities, ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff.
