Customer Service Coordinator

Premier Inn Hotels LLC is seeking a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to support the efficient operation of our Front Office department. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate front desk operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of services and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance online presence and encourage customer feedback.
- Monitor online reviews, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of solutions.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Foster effective communication between departments, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Evaluate the safety of all guests, adhering to safety procedures and guidelines.

- Hold a minimum of three months of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS and Arabic language proficiency.
