About the Position

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate front desk operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of services and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  2. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to enhance online presence and encourage customer feedback.
  5. Monitor online reviews, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of solutions.
  6. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  7. Foster effective communication between departments, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  8. Evaluate the safety of all guests, adhering to safety procedures and guidelines.

  • Hold a minimum of three months of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS and Arabic language proficiency.
