We are seeking an experienced Sales Marketing Manager to join our team.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their sales and marketing skills while contributing to the success of our business.
Responsibilities
- Sales Support:
- Provide assistance to the sales and marketing team in generating leads, identifying potential clients, and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
- Sales Strategy:
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, set sales targets, and monitor progress towards achieving them.
- Client Communication:
- Drive, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients of the Qatar National Convention Centre. Engage with clients to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide product/service information to drive conversions and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Presentations:
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and showcasing the services and facilities of the Centre on sales calls, at trade shows, conferences, and industry functions, and address customer requirements effectively.
- Sales Process Management:
- Manage and update the sales database, track sales activities, and report on sales performance metrics to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Market Research:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to enhance sales efforts and stay ahead of the competition.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Foster strategic partnerships with Qatar Foundation Members and corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining regular communication to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Negotiations:
- Collaborate with senior sales staff in negotiating contracts and pricing terms, aiming to secure profitable and beneficial deals for the company.
- After-Sales Support:
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns and coordinating with the relevant departments to resolve them promptly.
