About the Role

This is a key position within the Accor organization, responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability for our hotel and waterpark operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Revenue Strategy and Planning

Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize hotel and waterpark pricing, inventory, and rate management.

Rate and Inventory Management

Manage and control room rates, inventory, and availability to ensure maximum revenue potential.

Revenue Forecasting and Analysis

Conduct thorough revenue forecasting and analysis to accurately project demand and identify opportunities for growth.

Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and yield strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with the Revenue Management Team, Sales Team, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective implementation of revenue strategies.

Requirements

  1. Education and Experience

Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue Management, preferably in hotel and waterpark operations.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities.
