Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through regular communication with clients and prospects.
- Negotiate and close deals, handling any objections or complaints that may arise.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to set personal monthly targets and create plans to achieve them.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Specialization in Manpower Recruitment, Executive Search, HR Consultancy.
