About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Officer to join our team at AD Group Co. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition and Retention:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales revenue.
- Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and other required documents to support business decision-making.
- Product Knowledge and Support:
- Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to communicate their value and benefits effectively to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
Proven experience in outdoor sales or a related field is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
