We are looking for a Regional Business Growth Manager to drive commercial expansion at ProgressSoft Corporation. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in Qatar's banking and financial sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Execute a sales plan that meets ProgressSoft's 2022-2026 Strategy and Business Plan requirements.
  2. Manage the sales cycle, coordinating with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Technical Team Leaders to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth.
  4. Identify new markets and opportunities through analysis and comparison of ProgressSoft's offerings with competitors.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of banking and payment systems is also essential.

Required Skills
  • 5-10 years' experience in sales of banking and payment solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organized, focused, ambitious, and independent mindset.
