Main Responsibilities:

    3. Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients.
    4. Highlight the unique selling points and benefits to meet their needs.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:
    1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    2. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and promptly.
  3. Sales Targets:
    1. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
    2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
  4. Market Analysis:
    1. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.
    2. Provide feedback and insights to improve our products or services.
  5. Documentation:
    1. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other necessary documents.
    2. Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  6. Product Knowledge:
    1. Develop a deep understanding of our products or services.
    2. Communicate product features and benefits effectively to potential customers.
    3. Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights and strategies.
    4. Attend sales meetings and contribute to team goals.
