As a key member of the Human Relations team at Power International Holding, the Compensation and Benefits Specialist will play a crucial role in shaping the company's Total Rewards strategy. This involves designing and implementing Total Reward plans and programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations, as well as experience in managing and administering benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop Total Reward plans and programs that align with the company's business objectives.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to determine competitive salary ranges and benefit structures.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures for compensation and benefits administration.
  4. Provide expert guidance and support to employees and managers on compensation and benefits-related matters.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain fairness and equity in total rewards programs.
  6. Evaluate positions at all levels of the organization to ensure accurate job evaluations and market competitiveness.
  7. Analyze trends affecting pay and benefits and provide recommendations for improvement.
Education and Experience:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  2. Minimum 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
  3. 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
